D|Watts partnered with Gensler to deliver a dynamic amenity space for JLL at 2020 K Street. The design features an open ceiling with wood slat accents, polished concrete, and specialty fitness flooring. High-end millwork adds a refined touch, with multiple feature walls enhancing the space’s character. An extensive tile package ties the design together, creating a sophisticated and functional environment.
