Project Ivy was a comprehensive 47,000 SF office renovation spanning two floors, designed to enhance both functionality and security. The transformation included multiple conference rooms, private offices, phone rooms, and huddle spaces, creating a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
A standout feature of the project was the centrally located 7th-floor pantry, an open-concept space designed to accommodate client events. This area extended to three exterior terraces, which were updated to meet ADA compliance and refinished to provide a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for employees and guests.
Security upgrades were a key component of the renovation, with the suite reinforced to a ballistic level three. Enhancements included ballistic glass and walls at suite entries on both floors, ballistic film applied to exterior windows, and designated safe rooms for added protection.
The scope also encompassed a full renovation of the 7th-floor core bathrooms and elevator lobby, ensuring a cohesive and modernized aesthetic throughout the space. Project Ivy successfully balanced high-end finishes, advanced security measures, and versatile workspaces, delivering a refreshed office environment designed for both productivity and hospitality.
