We revitalized 6,000 SF of rooftop space and upgraded the mechanical systems for the National Association of Realtors’ headquarters, located in the heart of Washington, DC. The project introduced custom solar panel glass and wind turbines, blending sustainability with innovation. A sleek new canopy and storefront system frame the rooftop, which now includes an outdoor kitchenette, lounge area, LED glass railings, stone paver flooring, modern outdoor furniture, and vibrant landscaping.
Inside the building, upgrades included the installation of new air handling units on every floor from the 2nd to the 12th, along with a new cooling tower for enhanced energy efficiency. The refreshed interiors feature updated bathroom and lobby millwork, a NAR Memorabilia Plaque signage wall, and polished flagpoles. This comprehensive renovation combines style, functionality, and sustainability, offering an elevated experience for NAR and its visitors.
