This two-floor build-out seamlessly blends sustainability, modern design, and functionality. As a LEED Gold-certified project with enhanced commissioning, the space reflects a strong commitment to environmental responsibility and energy efficiency.
The project included a complete refresh of the interior stairwell and all-new finishes throughout, while maintaining and integrating some existing typical office walls into the new layout. All office fronts were upgraded with sleek D|Hive demountable glass, contributing to a polished and cohesive aesthetic.
Custom millwork was a defining feature of the design, including a radiused IT bar and millwork banquettes that added both style and function. Radiused walls were used throughout the space to create a fluid and modern feel. Additional pantries and conferencing spaces were introduced, with conference rooms featuring operable partitions—one clad in fabric and another in glass for a striking visual impact.
Ceiling treatments varied by area, with wood-look baffles adding warmth and sophistication, illuminated ceilings providing ambient lighting, and open ceilings enhanced by acoustical F|Sorb panels to optimize sound absorption.
