This exceptional commercial office space spans four historic row houses, each over 100 years old, now seamlessly combined into a single cohesive workplace. Located directly adjacent to the iconic Chinatown Arch, the new office occupies the fourth floor of each house, preserving the charm and character of the original structures.

The design celebrates the building’s history by leaving the exposed brick walls, roof joists, and floors intact, creating a dynamic contrast with the modern elements of the space. Glass-front offices line the perimeter, maximizing natural light while maintaining a sense of openness.

The space also features a large divisible conference room, a fully equipped podcast studio, and an open area pantry, fostering collaboration and creativity. The integration of modern open workspaces further reflects the design’s goal to create a vibrant and functional office environment while paying tribute to its historic shell.

This project beautifully balances the old with the new, delivering a workspace that honors its past while embracing contemporary design and functionality.
