Blackboard selected us as a negotiated partner to support early budgeting and strategic material pre-purchasing—including the stair package and lighting—for their Northern Virginia headquarters. The project features a high-end lobby and amenity space, advanced video conferencing capabilities, and a striking interconnecting stair that links the 10th and 11th floors.
