The 901 K fitness project transformed the B1 level with a complete renovation, introducing state-of-the-art amenities. The new gym is complemented by fully upgraded locker rooms, a bike room, a Peloton room, a CrossFit/TRX area, and a multipurpose space designed for versatility.
The project required extensive mechanical and plumbing upgrades to support the new layout, along with carbon fiber reinforcements at mechanical slab openings. Beyond the fitness center, the renovation extended to the lobby and penthouse. The lobby received enhanced lighting, a refreshed glass front, and custom millwork, while the penthouse upgrades featured new wood flooring, an expanded exterior deck, and a sleek bar top area designed for both function and style.
