This project transformed an existing office building by introducing a new amenity space designed to enhance functionality and foster collaboration. The space features a fully equipped conference room, a galley for casual gatherings, a games area for relaxation, and comfortable soft seating zones. Additionally, the project includes the build-out of a future tenant suite, offering flexibility for upcoming occupants.
