Lerner brought D|Watts on board early in the design process to assist with preliminary budgeting and long-lead material procurement for their new building amenity space. The project showcases striking vaulted Arktura ceilings, a shared conferencing area with integrated AV, and a thoughtfully designed café space. Delivered on time and within budget, the result is a seamless blend of functionality and modern design.
